i refuse to stay at this hotel for a very simple reason, and all in all easy to fix! housekeeping magager is a evil evil person who seems to think she so so much better then everybody else, and i swear she could get away with murder at that hotel and still be praised! while very very friendly and amazing front desk guy is punished for having a bad day! they do never complment anyone who works there, the only time someone is talked too is when they are in trouble! the managers pick favorits and for the people who are there faviort have an easy life, and seems if u arnt a fav of there you are crapped apon! they exp people there staff to do the work of 2 people but on a salary that couldnt keep a single person who skimps by on everything, from going into dept! the hotel is always hiring cause they treat there unfavs like dogs, so they force people to quite! this hotel is very comfy and feels like home away from home and all the "dogs" are very nice and amazing and for the single fact the managers are such horrible people i would rather sleep on a tree by the falls then the red lion on the falls!
