All Enterprise locations operate the same. They all are after the all mighty dollar. Beware of the all the extras the try to intimidate you into buying. You will find this out after you have paid the bill. Too bad insurance companies dont deal with better car rentals they may be a bit more expensive,, but you can never replace quality with horrible customer service and make it alright. I would recommend Hertz, Avis, Budget..Disregard National/Alamo/Enterprise they dont care about you and you shouldnt care about them..All the other car rentals are ususally owned by a small town business man who needs the business, not the big Enterprise corporation. They will lie about whatever they can get away with...just remember you sign their contract you can screw yourself into owing money you dont really because you signed for something you didnt really need.

Never rent from National they are a part of Enterprise. If you dont know about dealings with Enterprise you dont want to find out. They will cheat you out of you last penny and blame you for scratches on the cars you know nothing about. Alll the care about is getting the most money of out of you. They will smile to your face and turn around and call you names. Trust me they dont care about you at all..they just care about their numbers. Most insincere company I have ever dealt with...before Enterprise they were a joy to work with...easy and nice people who acted liked they really cared. Enterprise just wants all your pennies every last one if they can get away with it.

Ever since enterprise took over..National has gone down hill. Not the Enterprise was already there. There employees are rude, pushy and unprofessional. They would cheat a grandma out of a dollar if they thought they could make money. Try renting a car when they dont have any..now there's another situation. My bet would be with Hertz who has been at the TriCities Airport forever and are consistant or Avis (they have some great people working for them) As far as National/Enterprise who ever they call themselves now and save my money (other car rentals will match if they can and not try to sell you extras you dont need) I would go with them. They treat their employees unfairly unless you are of the male persuasion..BUYER BEWARE!!!!
