I have a '99 Honda Civic and went in with what I thought was a muffler problem. It wasn't, but they explained it to me, showed me the part, and fixed it very quickly and it was cheapest car repair I've ever had! Also, because of the age of my car, he did a thorough examination and explained other things that could be done to it, but never pressured me for extensive service that I did not want at the time. And I felt he did not take advantage of my very slim knowledge of car repair! Thanks guys!
