We recently had a defective water softener (not purchased from Sun Ray) repaired by Sun Ray Plumbing. We were most pleased with their work and we felt their price was very reasonable. The softener was under warranty for parts but not for labor. Sun Ray had to make two trips to our home. One to ascertain the problem and the second to replace the defective part which had to be ordered. In both cases they called ahead to establish a time that would be convenient for us and arrived at the scheduled time. We were very pleased with the service they provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.
