I work here. At first I thought we did a good job now i believe our customers more than i believe the company. I think we water down our weed treatment, we dont show up for treatments OR call customers and let them know. We go up on our prices every year and some yards that are the same size are different prices due to signing up at different times. Nothing is consistent including the technician that treats the lawn. There are no communication skills in place between the branches and corporate let alone between the employees in one building. There are many different solutions for problems and each person has a different one.
