I called Eastern Refinishing and talked to "Charlie" about possibly refinishing some bathtubs in some rental units I own here in south fla. (four) Two were vacant and two were occupied. We worked out a fair price and set up schedule to get the work done. My tenants were only inconvienenced 24hrs after the job was done and all four tubs only took two days to refinish. Eastern saved me alot of money from not having to tear out those worn old tubs and made my tenants happy too.
