This company deserve's a negative star rating. I have never talked to a more rude individual in all my life. I called and asked to speak to the owner and it was him who answered apparently. I proceeded to tell him what his driver said to me so the first thing he said was did you take him up on his offer. I have never been so offended. This driver talked very nasty to me, just as the owner did also. Companies like this should not even be allowed in public transportation or any business for that matter. I would definitely choose another transportation service if your in or visiting the Asheville area. Unfortunately they were my only choice at the Asheville airport when I arrived. I got better service from another company in Asheville when I went back to the airport.
