Last night I called for a cab and the dispatcher would not send one for me. He hung up on me numerous times and was very rude. In the end I never got a cab home. My parents contribute money to pay for the Safe Ride service at Assumption College and it is ridiculous that I could not use that service last night. I did not appreciate being hung up on and being treated that way. This is not the first time he has been rude. I cannot believe Yellow Cab would want someone like that working for them
