    The food took too long to arrive to the table...aproximately 45-50 minutes..yes that right.

    The waiter that attended me was not very friendly either. As I looked around, all the the customers next to me appeared as impatient as I was, as both the food and the waiter were taking forever!

    The following event describes the poor service I experienced:

    I came in to my first appointment scheduled at 3:15 pm; I had the bad luck of getting lost along the way, since I was coming from out of town, and recieved a call from a front desk assistant whereupon I recieved instructions how to get there. I arrived to the office at 3:35 pm and got checked in and filled in all the insurance info. and paperwork. I was asked to make the copay upfront. After this process,one of the doctor's assistants comes up to tell me that the doctor will not be able to see me. It was made known to me that the reason for me not being attended was due to my lateness (which was only 15 min or so!) and that the DR had a previous engagement. I felt like I was being punished for being late as the ladies upfront later kept on stressing that if I had not been late I would have been seen. I asked to speak to the doctor as I was becoming frustrated. A certain P.A. came to speak in behalf of the doctor to further stress that I would not be seen beacuse the doctor had already left the facility. It quickly became evident that the doctor was still there as I could hear him being called in the intercom; The P.A.'s behavior demonstrated lack of empathy and moreso as she bluntly told me that "I could get my money back and see another doctor anytime". I was more infuriated by everyone's lack of customer service rather than the fact that I was losing an appointment as well as my valued time and money from work just to get there.

    I left very dissatisfied and dissapointed with the way this situation was handled and do not wish this upon anyone else.
