National Car Rental
Poor customer service - I have been a business traveler for years and am an Executive member of National. I recently left an ipod in a rental car at the airport location and called within 3 hrs to report my lost item. It was in the middle console in a neon pink cover (hard to miss!). I take full responsibility for leaving it in the car. However, I have determined that the article was stolen by an employee since it was never found/returned to me. My biggest complaint is that everytime I called the local or corporate facilities I was promised a return call within 2 days in follow-up. Never did they return my call or e-mails. I am switching my loyalties to Hertz.
