Beware....this company has a way of PUSHING the sale, with little respect for the actual individual or their concerns. If you are only researching your options for power chairs or scooters, be VERY careful…as this company will not hesitate to track down your phone number even though you may not have given it to them directly. As long as they can obtain your name and City/State (i.e., through an internet inquiry), they will actually take it upon themselves to locate your phone number and have a representative call you stating YOU were the one that asked them to contact you. Then before you know it, after prompting you for a few additional details, such as your physician's name, they will also take it upon themselves to get you on the phone with your physician's office (still while they are on the phone with you...apparently so you don't "drop the ball" and they lose a potential sale), all to get you to make an appointment with your physician. They know that without a prescription from your physician for a power chair, the sale can't be completed. This approach works very well, especially with our senior/elder folks...as was the case with my father. This company assumes with their “quick talk sales approach” that they can secure the sale before you even have time to realize what just happened! Because they advertise on TV frequently, don't be fooled into thinking there aren't other reliable and knowledgeable companies out there that truly are concerned about your needs and will not try to PUSH the sale just for bottom line revenues! I found through contacting various other companies that sell this type of product, many took a much kinder and gentler approach in assisting us with our concerns/needs. Check around…do your research and then make a decision when YOU are ready, not because you were PUSHED into it.
