Although they are good, they take FOREVER to deliver. It should never take 2 hours to deliver when they are only a mile and a half away. If they would have told me it was going to take this long, I would have picked it up myself. I was trying to avoid bringing my three children into 30 degree weather. I will never order from them again because of slow service. I called them an hour and fifteen minutes and they told me it was on the way, yet it came 45 minutes later. The manager is hard to talk to because his poor english and they did not care that I was upset about the delivery time.

Service is horrible
Every time I call, the wait time is about ten minutes to see if something is in stock. I call in advance because this store is NEVER stocked. When asking for a manager to have a problem worked out, you just get transfered after transfer after transfer. I am sitting on the phone as i type this waiting for someone to help me, I have been waiting for 8 minutes so far, just for a price for a tire! Service is horrible when corporations become so bureaucratic!

Delivery Service is unnacceptable
I enjoyed their food, but every time I made a deliver order, items are always missing and drivers are rude. Delivery charge is outrageous and service was horrible.
