Hands down Britannia Plumbing is the best plumbing company I've worked with and I've worked with a lot of plumbers. Dennis is always honest and reliable. Explains each situation thoroughly and works to make sure that any unexpected repairs are done quickly and efficiently for a fair price AND he and his team always leave the place spotless. I can't begin to say enough great things about Britannia, great people, great services and they even love my dog - what more can you ask for?!?!!?!

I love going to the museum and while I'm always drawn to the bright shinny light of LACMA, my recent visit to MOCA during one this cold and rainy weather we've had reminded me how great this museum really is. It doesn't matter if I'm there to see a specific exhibit or just to see some of the amazing pieces in the permanent collection, I always leave having seen works by known favorites, discovering pieces from more than a few i've never heard of and completely happy. And now that Lemonade is the restaurant there, I really couldn't ask for anything more!

I've always loved this theater. It's the perfect place to see classic movies that deserve more than a screening in my living room, where i know i'm going to fall asleep.

When I used to live down the street I'd always make a point of walking down to catch great films like Citizen Kane, Lolita and On the Waterfront and I never really minded that the seats were a little beat down because the prices were cheap and the popcorn was good...

But now the place is even better, Quentin Tarantino bought it, put in new seats, shows great grindhouse films as well as old classics while keeping the prices and the popcorn the same!

If you're heading to the east to the desert, don't bother with the outlets head straight to Trio on El Paseo for the best Women's, Children's and Men's on-trend but not trendy clothes in Palm Springs and Palm Desert.

Great spot on the Westside for wine, bites or a complete dinner.

Comfy and warm. Everything we drank and ate was fantastic. From the classic proseco cocktails, the inventive appetizers and the delicious cheeses this Rustic Canyon has it all.

I can not begin to say enough about how great Healthy Spot is. It's one of many pet shops in my neighborhood and it's the only one I go to! The staff is super knowledgeable on what foods and doggie accessories are best for what breeds, they're always friendly and they always remember my dog and me!

Plus, their doggie day care is located in the front of the shop and when I walk by at night I can see all the dogs playing together!

If you have a dog (or a cat - they sell cat goods too) I definitely suggest swinging by!

    Great pasta, great wine. GO!
