I have had YP paid service for online and mobile for about one year. I have tried over the last 6 months to expand my service area and have had NO success. Each time I have called I have been told my sales rep would contact me or to leave their manager a message, I have had no response from a sales rep or manager. if this is how the customer service works in the sales department i would hate to need any other services....... It is terrible when a company doesn't want your money.
