I dealt with Charlie over the phone and he is a character, but sent Manny to my house when he said he wouuld. The finished product looked brand new. Had a minor problem and Charlie was quick to send Manny back to fix. Problem was my fault , but Charlie wanted to make sure I was happy.

I would recommend this process and this company to family and friends.
