From outside the clinic, one might not expect much but quickly find otherwise. I got a friendly greeting at the door and actually spent time with the knowledgeable Medical Assistant who took my vitals, weight, and other needed information. Afterwards I spoke to the doctor one on one and not only did he customize my menu for me but he also shared with me ways that I could improve my diet.
