I agree with the gentleman's review. Today, we went to farmers market and we had lunch at Ulyssis. It was the most horrible experience ever! we got there, we barely made it to the table, everything was cramped out! we were elbow to elbow and we were only 3 adults and 1 3 year old who had no food at all, he kept playing with his toy all the time. Anyway, the rude waiter brought the menu, we ordered and the food came to our table in less than 5 minutes! we ordered the grilled octopus. It was cold, hard, and soggy, apparently not cleaned. Also, was it fresh? since it came so fast, I wander if the octopus was already cookes and on plates, from a cancelled order? We ate what we could. i did not dare to complain in fear that we may get something rotten or spoiled, or with some spit from one of the cooks. Anyway, we kept eating. We left almost all the cold octopus. When we got the check, we realized that we got a mandatory 18% gratuity. I immediately called the mexican waiter to tell me where was the sign posted of a mandatory 18% gratuity. The other waiter, the one taking our orders, came right away and excused himself for giving us the wrong check. WRONG CHECK? had I not looked carefully the check and not said anything, I would have paid more than $88! We were pissed! the waiter probably thought we were tourists, not reading or understanding english, and took the opportunity. Had we not said anything, we would have paid another party's bill. My dad was furious. He did not leave a tip. We were out of the restaurant and all of a sudden, the waiter was behind us demanding his tip. HE RUN ALL THE WAY TO US TO DEMAND HIS LOUSY $4??? we told him he wanted to rip us off by giving us the wrong check, we were rushed, and we ate cold food. He mumbled a few words under his breath, and took off very angry. We ended up paying $65, no alcohol, soft drinks, one order of fries.
