Worst experience I have had dealing with a business. I attempted to try a promotion that was being offered by sprint at my local mall in Vermont which is owned and opperated by Nexgen wireless communications based out of the Albany area in NY. The offer was to try a phone with sprint for thirty days- no strings attached. I was hesitant to do this, but the salesman assured me that I would not be charged and told me that I didn't even have to sign a contract. I did not get good service with my sprint phone and returned it well within the thirty day promotional trial period. However I was still billed for a full months service plus minute overage. I have been attempting to dispute this charge, as it has gone into collections.

I attempted to speak with the owner/president of the third party store, Cindy who informed me that I signed a contract because she review it, however she will not provide me with a copy of this contract. (I have been requesting this for over a year now) She resently told me that she sent the contract back to sprint 6 months after it was "signed". Sprint tells me that they do not have the contract and that if there was a contract it would not have been sent to them. They tell me I need to obtain the contract from the third party store that I did business with. However this third party store continues to send me back to sprint's coorporate office. This entire expereince has been very fustrating.

Personally I feel like the owner of this company is not taking responsibility for one of their employees (who was since fired for misleading several other customers). I never signed a contract because it was supose to be a thirty day promotational trial, with "no strings attached". But they charged me anyways. Now it is effecting my credit. I hate how some business owners get rich by misleading their customers- many of whom are just trying to make an honest living.
