i called eastern refinishing after checking out their web site and talking to a few other refinishing companies. i went with eastern because of the work they did on those cruise ships and the time they were able spend answering my questions over the phone.when john came to my home there were NO surprises and everything went as discussed. a very nice job and professional all the way. i would recommend them to anybody. lisa p
