I've had several good experiences and several bad experiences with this business. The first time I went to the Zellwood location, I needed a standard oil filter. The manager said he didn't have one and said "sorry, good luck". I knew they had to have this part so I waited several days and went back and what do you know? Another "manager" pulled out a book and found the part in about 2 minutes. I suggest that the managers attend training classes to improve customer service.
