    Obviously too big to care about customer service.

    I've had it with this store. After numerous incidents which went bad such as a special order door coming in broken, being lied to by an employee in their carpeting department - on and on - I'm done with them! It's not the actual problems per se, it's the way they handle the problems and imply it's your fault!

    Cheap sheets sets

    I am always able to get good deals on sheets; you have to check back frequently because they get new stuff in every few days.

    Good price

    The people here are very nice and I think the rates are quite reasonable. It's nice to sit in a hot tub alone before my massage!

    Good battery service

    I think it is a good idea to buy the Sears battery. A few weeks ago mine went bad after approx 3 years. They gave me a new one and I got a credit towards the new one of almost 50%. I thought that was a good deal.

    Great value

    I like this airport hotel because the room has a separate bedroom and livingroom area which is good for families. It's close to lots of restaurants and very close to the airport.

    Good price, nice room

    This is a great place to stay for a layover. The rates are very reasonable and the Sheraton chain always meets a certain standard I'm happy with.

    Rarely have it my way!

    It's frustrating to go through the drive through, get home had not have my burger the way I ordered! If I ask for mustard on it, I would like mustard on it!
