    I hired "All My Sons" in August 2010 to move my stuff from Michigan to California. From the beginning I had problems with this company, things that bothered me, but I blew it off. Once my belongings were actually delivered to my new home in California (which they held onto my stuff for over a month, and delivered it past their own estimated date of delivery), I quickly realized I was missing a box. A box containing a Gamecube gaming console, about a dozen games for the system, and an XBOX. When I called the company to report my missing box, I was told that unless I purchased insurance before hand, all I could get was a small amount of money back for each pound of missing or damaged items. I was upset, but let this go. Now, months later, I realize I am missing at least 4 movies that I am aware of. My movies were in a box, and unfortunately the box was labeled "movies". My only guess is an employee actually opened up the box, looked through to find what they wanted, and taped the box back up. I do not recommend anyone to use this company. They are very hard to get a hold of when you have concerns and will lie to you to make you happy..

    Michael was very friendly and professional. He was able to work quickly and thoroughly to get our taxes done. He was able to get a larger then expected refund back for my husband and I, more then we thought we would be able to get. We highly recommend anyone to H&H to get their taxes done.

    Without realizing that Valentines day was less then a week away, I went into K & S to ask about different flowers and prices for my upcoming wedding. I really had no clue how much flowers could cost for a wedding, so I told her the price that I had in mind. She at this point didn't seem very friendly, but began to show me some flowers. Her phone rang, she answered, and instead of telling the person on the phone that she was with a customer, she instead helped the person on the phone before me- and was on the phone for at least 10 minutes while I waited. When she hung up the phone, I was waiting for her to finish helping me. She didn't say one word to me for about half a minute, then said something along the lines of, "Valentines day is one of our busiest weeks. Come back after Valentines Day". Needless to say, I did not return to this florist.
