We had just moved to the area and were looking to have hardwood floors installed, something we'd never done before. Steve was wonderful. He came over immediately, appraised our job, explained precisely what he would do and answered any questions we had. He gave a precise estimate and, after some research, we considered it a very fair price. His crew was fantastic - professional, friendly, competent and very understanding of the needs of people like us who had just moved in and were a little overwhelmed by boxes and furniture everywhere at the same time as the floors were being done. They did the job quickly and efficiently and, most importantly, cleaned up after themselves every day and, at the end of the job, you'd never have known they were there. Special praise is due to Dan who, despite some personal challenges, took responsibility to see that our job was done in a timely manner and as promised. We were very fortunate to have chosen The Flooring Source.
