I had the best customer service and the highest quality food. Everything was amazing and tasted great. The bread is by far some of the best garlic rolls you'll ever have. They have great burgers, super tender juicy BBQ chicken breasts, divine BBQ Beef ribs! Their baked potatoes are buttered up and salted on the outside which make the whole potato perfectly edible to the last bite. Not a big mac and cheese fan but I have a hard time resisting it here.

My girlfriend and I shared a combo where we picked four different meats to choose from with two sides. Our bill ran us with salads, our meal, and water (didn't feel like drinks) around $40.

This place is becoming my favorite dining spot! I do not normally care for chain type restaurants, but this place is insane!

Great customer service. I had no problem returning a pair of shoes to this store. After wearing the shoes twice, a seam started to separate. When I took them back near the end of the 30-day return policy period printed on the receipt, and mentioned that it had taken me a few weeks to find the receipt, the clerk and the manager both said they would have exchanged them or given a store credit without a receipt. Since I had the receipt, they credited the amount to the debit card used to purchase the shoes. Both were very polite and very apologetic about the defect in the shoe and it only took a few minutes for the entire transaction.

Love the store, love their shoes!!

I love this mall. Has an interesting mix of stores, from high end expensive to lower end value stores and I like the fact that they are grouped together, so you can shop according to needs and budget. There's a food court that I love right on the top level, there's a coffee bean, and plenty of restaurants including CPK, PF Changs, Todai and Capital Grill.

The only store I don't really like because of an arrogant customer service in this mall is Macy's, especially Men's department. Don't have any positive shopping experience here.

The mall does have 2 downfalls. 1. You have to pay to park-no matter how long you're in the mall, you have to pay; they don't validate. 2. The mall is confusing because they have 5 floors of parking and the mall starts on the 6th floor. Even though I'm a local and have been shopping in this mall for years still can't get used to this. Whatever you do valet your car. The extra money will save you the extra hassle.

This place is really cool! The food is awesome and you can find some movie stars dinning next to you! The Green tea is out of this world, the food is excellent, the scene is the best in Los Angeles. Went here a couple of times one for new years eve and one on a girl's night out. Deliciously fresh and beautifully prepared food. We shared a range of dishes and all were divine: oysters, kobe beef tataki, sashimi, tuna carpaccio, and eggplant with miso. Service was excellent and the atmosphere dark and funky. First time we sat at the sushi bar and the head chef made us whatever we requested in front of us, it was superb! Second time we had a table also good but not as much fun. Prices are a little bit high for Japanese food but it's totally worth it!

I would recommend getting a reservation as they had a somewhat intimidating doorman.

I love to garden so my my daughter's wedding flowers were very important to me. I wanted to be wowed every time I looked at them, both in person and in pictures. Floral Creations delivered on every level. They worked with my budget and gave suggestions on how I could trim costs without losing any of the wow I was looking for. Every single element I was looking for was perfect. The flower delivery was right on time, they were fresh and beautiful, and they took my breath away when I first laid eyes on them. My daughter's and bridesmaids' bouquets were exquisite. The flowers were actually glowing. The color combination we chose was bold and I wanted the flowers to pop - orange roses with yellow callalilies, green hypericum berries and ivory orchids - they popped and glowed and I never saw anything like it. They were simply spectacular. My little angle (28yrs) was happy, loved her flowers and bouquet very much. So did my son in law and all guests. I'm so glad we made the right decision to choose Floral Creations for this very, very special event!!

You really cannot beat the view particularly at sunset--- you are literally on the ocean. The drinks are perfect --- a vacation in a glass. My husband and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary at Moonshadows with a 2 hr lunch on their patio on April 28, 2012.

The drink menu has a variety of different drinks at reasonable prices and the service was always very good. The food was amazing as well. Excellent clam chowder and the lamb was incredible. Moonshadows is the kind of place where you could drink and snack for hours or enjoy a fabulous meal at your leisure.

Overall; very chill romantic atmosphere. Take your loved one there, or impress the lady for the first time... they'll love it!!:)

What a great place to go for our anniversary...

Let me start with an important statement... "This is my one and only favorite steakhouse in the US".

This place is very expensive. On my salary I can only go once a year. The price however, is worth it! You are not only paying for the best steak in town, but also the best service.

The steak comes out in a dish that has all of the juices and everything and is sizzling hot. The desserts are EXCELLENT. My favorite is the creme brulee. I'm no light eater and I always order this creme brulee at the end and it comes out in a little old bitty dish but trust me it is soo rich and soo good that it is plenty. The wine list, even though I don't drink wine, I know is excellent because I have a friend that is very knowledgeable about wine and he loves it.

A friend of mine recommended The Bonaventure Brewing Company. We were looking for a place in the downtown area to hang out. We were pleasantly surprised by their selection of home brewed beers, which all tasted great. We all sat out on the patio because it was nice outside and we got to enjoy an amazing view of downtown. I had the Mahi Mahi sandwich and enjoyed it thoroughly! It was blackened to perfection and was served on very soft bread. It was absolutely mouth watering. The stuff was down to earth, yet professional, atmosphere was refreshing and enjoyable. From the time that we walked in to the time we left the service was on point. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking have a fun night out downtown.
