I ordered at 644 pm on Sunday nov 6, 2011. When the food was still not here at 815, we called and they reassured that "it is on the way". So we waited until 845 (2 hours after initial order was placed) and were told that "ooopppsss... the order fell between counters on the floor"... when I pointed out that we had called 30 minutes before (and 1.5 hours after first order) and we were told "on the way', which obviously was a lie. Jacob, the manager on duty, told us "sorry... things happen that are beyond our control". I totally understand that... really. BUt what I dont understand is when I say, so what are you going to do to make up for your ADMITTED mistake... he said I could have 3-4$ off my next order. I said I'd like to know the owners name, and he wouldnt give it to me. So they know my first and last name and address and they wont just give me owners name so I can address a letter correctly, I wonder about Jacob's business know how, and if the owner doesnt care when I go by there tmrw, I will wonder about his integrity. I mean--- an admitted mistake on their part... and could care less about a customers satisfaction, hopefully tmrw I will get some customer care from an owner. If not, you will hear from me again. I am hungry! (and not fat by the way!
