We had bamboo flooring put into a kitchen and adjoining den by a general contractor - big mistake with the type of floor and the contractor doing it! It was a mess and even if it wasn't we would not have liked it. We immediately got 3 new bids to rip it out and start over. Steve and Dan were clearly the most thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful in this process. After consideration and much help from the two we ended up choosing oak for the den and tile for the floor. Steve was great in offering choices and helping us evaluate and choose, it did not take long for him to steer us in the right direction and choose. Steve is very friendly and not pushy at all. Dan was also great in offering his advice. An additional bonus was that he offered to not only replace base boards and other wood trim, he painted and stained so that we had NO cleanup or work to do afterwards. The finished product is wonderful, no issues or problems and it looks great. Dan knew that we had suffered enough already with the prior work and he fit us in immediately. I would highly recommend these folks to do any flooring for you!
