    Professional to a "T"

    I was picked up at my home by a professional representative from Hertz, and taken to the rental office. I was treated very politely by the rep who took my information, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which is a big help with a toddler in tow. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend this company.

    OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Charlie, the manager of this store, went out of his way to make sure my husband's birthday cake was perfect. After leaving my order with the bakery manager, I returned the next day to pick it up only to find it wasn't even started. Charlie called her in on her day off, had her deliver it to my home, and didn't even charge me for the cake. I am truly a fan of Publix for life. Great job!

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

    I will never again use this company. They are liars, and say and do anything to get you into their office. They then leave you stranded and helpless, and could care less what happens to you. DO NOT USE THEM. They treated my and my 20 month old son like trash.
