So its fathers day, and we decided to go to the new restaurant that recently opened maybe a week or so ago. We were really excited, everything looked elegant from the inside out. Despite the busy holiday we were seated immediately, keep in mind we had with us a 3 and 2 year old. We sit down and the hostess ask us if we want menus for our kids, and i say of course. She hands them the full adult menus, i said, "Um, what is that for?? they cant even hold a fork, don't you have any kids menu?", no they don't. When it comes to being kid-friendly, all they had was the necessary booster seat/high chair. We open the menu to see $12 for a plate of Sweet and Sour Chicken.....ok?!?! We order a meal each, and the plate of sweet and sour chicken had probably 6 pieces total.........umm....so now what? Needless to say, we ended up going to a taco bell after we snacked there for $40. Never going back there to eat scraps again.
