To the previous reviewer who complained of waiting, I will tell of a similar experience. I waited a week and a half to be able to get an 11:00am appointment. I was told on the phone to arrive a little early to fill out paperwork, so I signed in at 10:35am, 25 minutes before the appointment at the Vermont Ave office. I filled out, signed, dated and initialed
about 4 or 5 pages, and this was all done by 11:00am. Then I was left sitting there 45 minutes, and not one person had the courtesy to say a word to me, no "I'm sorry", "we're a little behind", "thank you for your patience" - nothing, so I got up and walked out. If I wait a week and a half for an 11:00am appointment, I expect to be seen around that time. I didn't go there to be ignored. These people are stupid if they can't get it through their heads that they're paid by the patients who walk through the door. Now for the other side of the coin. Most of the people who work in that office are Spanish speakers, and I am a Caucasian male. So to the reviewer who complained of ill treatment for being Hispanic - was I ignored because I'm not Hispanic? Bad service is bad service, regardless of the reason, so I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere.
