I just bought a home in Las Vegas and the real estate agent said she had the carpets cleaned, but they felt rough and look dull and there was still spots on it. I called J2 and they said what happens is some cleaners just run a detergent through the carpet which leaves soap behind and also makes it get dirty fast. They came out and put a conditioner down, the used some machine to scrub it, then rinsed it with a loud truck machine. It's now soft like it should be and they got rid of 3 sm pink stains for $20. I'm having them do my mom's house next. She said she has had the same problem and keeps trying different carpet cleaners. A+
