It has been 4 months since I started my process with Emerald Pool and Patio and I am still trying to get my final product satisfactorily installed. I have had to take off of work multiple times, and will again at least once more before my final non-defective unit is installed. In my experience there is limited (at best) follow through after they have collected your money. I have asked for the name of a general manager or owner on at least 3 occasions and have never been given an answer, I just get told "we'll take care of you", which has yet to happen! Last contact was nearly 2 weeks ago, they were going to get back to me in "a little bit". Apparently that translates to "we won't call you back, you'll have to call us". I am really disappointed with the service (if you can call it that) that. I really feel like once they have your money, they don't care about anything else. I most certainly WOULD NOT recommend this company!
