I made an appointment on Tuesday afternoon to take my dog in for a grooming. The lady on the phone gave me a time of 8:30 Saturday morning. I arrived at 8:20AM and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. There was no one there to open the grooming department or the store. I was extremely disappointed. I called back to let them know of the trouble and was made to feel like they didn't care of the trouble and they didn't want my business. I will be going to any other groomer but them! I recommend that you do the same unless you have lots of time to wait on them in the parking lot.
