I like the preacher, I like the Sunday services, I like their new facilities, but I do NOT like the youth group. Sure they have lots of fun...TOO much fun if you know what I mean. While their youth group leader, is a personable guy and seems to have a good rappor with the kids, he's blind to or he turns a blind eye to the things going on with them. Maybe he should do more to persuade them to act differently than the non-Christian youth.

Christie Cookies are AMAZING!!!! I started eating them about 20 years ago when they were in Castner Knott's in the Green Hills Mall. The lucious smell of them wafting through the store was irresistable! Getting them warm is a treat, though now days it's harder to get a warm one. The cookie itself is just the best mix of ingredients with that caramelly goo that I've tried to recreate with no success. I found out recently that the local Bar B Cutie has them at each of their locations for a dessert choice which was a happy find!

This location has a great group of folks working there, several of whom have been there for many years. They seem to work well together and know how to get stuff done. They are pleasant and personable people. Last time I was in there a week or so ago, they were renovating the place, but they should be done by the Christmas rush.

I have many great memories at this place. (even my bachelorette party started here). Darts, pool, bocce ball. <sigh> Sure you may have to put up with the smokey atmostphere, and sure it's in a sketchy part of town, but it's a good old bar that's fun and off the beaten path.

Looking at the other reviews makes me thing they must have gone here at a busy time, because I've never had any problems with the service. In fact it's been pretty great. Sitting at the sushi bar was one of my favorite sushi bar experiences (and I've been to many) because the sushi chef was so personable and willing to talk about the food and his experience with creating the food. The food has always been good and the prices have been reasonable compared to some other places in Nashville. It would be nice if the area were nicer, but . . . you know. . . it's Murfreesboro Rd. near the airport . . . what do you expect.

You expect more from a restaurant located in Green Hills. The place is nice enough and the food was good, but it seemed like the atmosphere, decor and the ware didn't belong in the typically posh neighborhood. They should consider upgrading those items mentioned and I think people would be happier with them in general.

The owner is professional and prompt about returning phone calls. The crew did my flooring in my kitchen and bathroom quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Kids enjoy watching the pizza makers toss around the dough. They can even have a bit of dough to create with themselves.

This particular location has sporratic service. We've had decent and poor service, but never great service.

The pizza's are always tasty though and a good beer selection.
