First of all let me start by saying that we have been customers of Wells Fargo for over 30 years.( Personal, Savings, business, Home loans, etc you name it we have done it). For the most part the experience has been "Ok". Today my Father went into the location in san Antonio, TX off of 410 and Fredericksburg and met a personal banker by the name of "Eli" in attempts to get a Electronic Federal Tax Payment System form filled out. There is a portion that is only able to be filled out by your "Financial institution". "Eli" refused to help my father. My father asked for him to speak with our bookkeeper to help relay the information of what we needed (seeing as all her customers have this form filled out by their banks). "Eli" Refused again to talk to our bookkeeper. Irate my father asked for his name and business card in order to report his behavior. "Eli" laughed at my father and asked him to leave. My father went to the Wells Fargo Location off of St.Cloud/Bandera and spoke with Ms.Daniella Hernandez. She took care of my father quickly and correctly. She told him then that she was baffled at the fact that the other branch did not take care of my father. The EFTPS Form is filled out by banks everyday. Obviously in "Eli's" many years of banking experience he hasn't learned about the IRS's EFTPS Form. Im not quite sure if Wells Fargo bankers are incorrectly trained or if this particular banker "Eli" is just a horrible example of what a Wells Fargo Banker should act like. Never the less our accounts that have been with Wells Fargo for many years will be moved to another financial institution once we find a suitable location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!
