Worst (non) service experience ever. Called Paul got an estimate and scheduled the move. All good. Gave me a 30 minute range for arrival. After 30 minutes and no show, I began calling. Left messages for an hour and then went back to my new house. Called again next morning and left a call me or else msg. Later that day, Paul called. He had been really sick, apologized, etc. and we scheduled another appointment for over a week out. That day comes and I'm back at my old house, waiting again for 30 minutes before calling. This time Paul answers. I got some story about how someone else with my same first name called and he confused the appointments, etc. I explained - nicely - that I was angry about the situation and was he going to be able to move my pool table or should I call someone else. He actually said that after all the problems I should just call someone else. So now I'm scheduled with someone else and again waiting over a week......I guess I'm lucky my old house hasn't sold yet. Paul may know pool tables but he certainly doesn't know how to run a business.
