Reserved a car on Saturday and received email confirmation. 17 minutes before I was to pick up my car on Monday (5:30pm) they tried to call me to tell me that they only had a Cargo Van available for me. The Branch Manager could care less that I was now faced with driving that behemoth for my commute while my car is being repaired. He was dismissive and void of any form of consolation. I was told that I could drive to the airport and get another car...he would not offer to go get it. Isn't the motto...the company that picks you up? but they won't offer to go get a car for you. Beyond the ability to call the district manager I am left with little recourse since it is now after 6pm and unless I go to the airport I do not have a car until mine is done from repair.
