Let me start by saying that the guys at Audio Wizard are the Best!!!

Darin Smith and Dustin Reese the two proprietors of Audio Wizard are so easy to work with.

My audio project is a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Audio Wizard removed the stock head deck and installed a Pioneer AVIC Z13BT Double Din. They installed the Pioneer with the proper modules so I was able to keep all the steering wheel controls plus an additional tuner so I could have Sirus radio as well.

This new deck has blue tooth capabilities so I can make and receive calls through my sound system. In addition this new deck has 3D GPS with turn by turn directions making travel so much nicer running job site to job site with my sales career.

The dash looks so perfect you would think it was installed stock at the VW factory.

Next portion of my project is where Audio Wizard really steps ahead of the competition.

Jaramy Kaufman their senior installer is a master of the car customizing trade. He fabricated a high output vented box all to the proper specifications that the Rockford Fosgate T1 12’s need. This box is a work of Art and all I can say is these T1’s really move the air in my vehicle :-)

Jaramy and Justin installed two Alpine PDX 1.1000 amps to run the two Rockford T1 12s. They tucked the amps away in a little trough part of the vehicles built in storage.

They voltage match the amps during the installation so the subs hit in unison.

In addition to this Jaramy created a venting fan system with one fan bringing in fresh air and a second fan to remove the hot air. This fan setup keeps air moving across my amps while they are tucked away. With the way he designed it you would think he had an engineering degree. (Maybe he does??)

The most important items that keep this system running right were not forgotten. The audio installation is currently at 2000watts of power just to the subs. Audio Wizard installed the complete system using 0 gauge cables and connectors plus a new 250 amp alternator followed by a Kinetic Battery.

All of this work included Dynamat as well so the car sounds good inside and out :-)

Lastly and I felt this was a great touch to the complete the customer experience at Audio Wizard.

When I dropped my vehicle off at “AW” I could not find a ride home.

All of my friends and family were busy. Daren the owner saw that I needed a ride home and he called in their installation apprentice Fritz from the back install bay. I actually saw Daren give Fritz the keys to his personal vehicle and said please take our customer home. This speaks volumes to me that Daren cared enough of my schedule to pull an employee off of his current work load for one & that he trusts his employees with his personal vehicle.

In conclusion without giving up my age - I have been putting aftermarket car audio systems in my vehicles for the past 20 years and I have never had an audio system or the customer service that I received at Audio Wizard in South Jordan, Utah. These guys will always get my business.
