We rented a champagne fountain from this company for my sister wedding July 2008. As I arrived at the venue the caterer indicated the fountain was not working. I saw the caterer's trying hard to make it work and had to use a ladle for guests to use. Later in the evening the caterer indicated to me that they the fountain had to be cleaned because it was filthy and had spiders when they received it. I explained to the company about our experience and they refuse to give me any kind of compensation.
