This has been a series of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with a vet practice in over 40 years of dealing with animal care. After having a lengthy interview and well-animal visit with Dr Sinclair, I chose this practice because she seemed to care and to understand the special needs of my animals. That was the last caring, efficient contact with this office. Since then, the term "care" for the patients has been negligible. Based on experiences since that first visit, I believe that Dr Sinclair misrepresented herself and her practice. The staff can't even keep accurate records of their dealings with my pets; then, when I correct their misinformation, they always argue with me because it's "not in their records." The staff took days to correctly fax prescriptions to the pharmacy I wanted to fill the prescriptions, even knowing that I was running out of an important medication for my dog. They are very quick and happy to let an animal suffer - be in unnecessary pain. Not only is there a lack of care, their prices are some of the highest in the area. If you care for your animals, do NOT take them to this practice. Be sure to check reviews on other sites as well - wish I had.
