Finding the right caterer is probably the most important part of planning a wedding. In my search for the perfect catering company I was recommended by a friend to call Ultimate Cuisine. My first phone call I spoke to Ty Gerould. He spent the next hour with me talking about all the things that Ultimate Cuisine could do for me to make my wedding spectacular and run smoothly. He was so personable and gave me so much information about weddings that I had not thought of. Their menu was impressive and extensive and when I tasted the food I knew they had a very talented chef. Ty made the planning so easy and the wedding day was absolutely perfect. The table arrangements were beautiful and very professional. During the reception the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. There was never an empty glass or a dirty plate. The servers were very attentive to the guests but especially to me. They made sure I was eating and was hydrated which is the one thing the bride always forgets to do at her wedding! After they cleaned up when the last guest was gone, it was like they were never there. I could not believe how spotless they left the place! I have used Ultimate Cuisine for numerous other catering occasions and will continue to do so. I have always been extremely happy with the results.
