Very upset! Very unprofessional. Did not follow the Blue Cross insurance deal they agreed with to be able to be a Blue Cross carrier, but they did NOT! When I asked why they called me cheap! I pay over $800 a month for my insurance and was suppose to get 40% off the second pair (which is still way more than any other place in town to buy glasses). After hitting a wall with the manager I asked to talk to the Dr. Ash and was denied! The manager not only called me cheap since I was wanted the agreed deal, she told me when I came in the office I signed a bunch of papers that WAIVED all my rights to the agreed insurance deal! (got to be illegal) I just bought (with all the upgrades) 2 pairs of glasses without insurance ($290) some where else for almost HALF the cost I paid at this rip off office ($540) and the expensive glasses at Ashes office were cheaper in quality compared to Vision Mart. I thought my top notch insurance would get me professional service and product... BUYER BEWARE!

Well... for not liking Wal-Mart I have to admit the eye care was professional and very affordable (I ended up getting 4 pairs for less than 2 pairs at Dr. Ashes very expense and unprofessional office). Be sure to get most of the upgrades... but after all the upgrades (and the 20% off the second pair) it was affordable. I understand if you make the drive to Eye Mart or Vision Mart in Farmington NM the second pair are free (I believe Eye Mart make them while you wait... cool!) or 30% off the second pair (Vision Mart in Wal-Mart). I was in a hurry and my time is very valuable ... if I had the time or was going to Farmington I am sure it's a better deal. But after the horrible, unprofessional and expensive service at Dr. Ashes office I found the local Wal-Mart eye care fantastic! You won't be disappointed... even the $9 + $29=$38 low end back up glasses work just fine.

I've recorded in many big cities including Denver and Salt Lake but I found this small town studio to have all the equipment as the larger studios but more importantly the owner and engineer Walter was a master at recording and mixing down the music. At half the cost of a larger studio, STUDIO 32 is the best studio I've ever recorded at in my life and highly recommend it to anyone that can get down to Durango Co. area. (great place to vacation at too!) I drove all the way from Salt Lake Utah an 8 hour drive each way and I'll never use another studio again. Art
