I've been w sprint for about 2.5yrs. I have no computer so my phone is the only way I'm able to get on the web-unless I go borrow. On pretty much all sites I havew probs BUT sprint.com is the worst-very retarded since I'm a gold premier customer AND I have a smartphone, doesn't act smart. There's only been a few issues that they were willing to fix. Every phone I've had w sprint somethings always been wrong, pretty much from the beginning of me having the phones. I have physical problems and now I'm stuck in bed. Sprint customer service told me to go to the store and see if they can fix my phone. I can't make it so I'm paying for a service (over $100. A month) that sucks!!!
