My husband and I, who are full-time RV'ers went to Crestview RV Georgetown site to look at a toy hauler. The sales rep showed us everything but!! We were very patient while trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that eventually he'd take us to the unit we wanted to see. Finally, I had to get a little assertive and tell him we were looking at 5th wheel toyhaulers only, and did not wish to see another 5th wheel. He was a little 'put off', and promptly told us that he only had one toyhauler on the property (which we did see), and then asked to take our name/number so when one came in, he could contact us. He did not seem knowledgeable about the rigs, nor did he seem to want to listen to our original request. We finally said "thank you for the help", and left. After reading all of the other comments here, thought we'd throw our info out there as well. I wouldn't recommend this RV dealer to anyone as there are numerous complaints with rude sales people, poor customer service, and a general lack for customer followup.
