I recently ordered the Dinosaur party for 7 year old daughter. She is quite the tom-boy and this party couldn't have been more perfect! It started with just ordering the box....She would wait everyday asking when her "Posh Party Box" would get here. Once it was here she was so excited to put together all the goodie bags and have her party. The party was a great success! Kramerbooks has an awesome selection of new books. In the heart of Dupont Circle, the store is open 24 hours on weekend and runs a popular restaurant/cafe with regular live music. I would say the food is pretty overpriced but that doesn't stop the place from being packed every weekend. A good bookstore.

Fontana Sports Specialties is a good store in downtown Madison. They have a great selection of outdoor gear and clothing. The key is to shop there during a sale, otherwise the prices can be a little steep. A really good selection of sandals, hiking boots, and backpacks. Both locations are pretty good.

Soulman is another of my favorite shoe stores in Madison. They have a great selection of cool shoes and are willing to order pretty much anything you need or want. The service is perfect and the location right on State Street can't be beat. I would definitely check this store out to see what new stuff they have in before buying shoes elsewhere.
