We held a customer group dinner and the evening was a huge success. The wait staff was friendly, courteous, polite and attended to our every whim. The menu was pre-arranged and we had a multi course meal with several wonderful hors d'oeuvres. The best was the Classic Shrimp & Tasso. The Turtle Soup was incredible. The atmosphere was relaxing in this historic location. The dessert bomb was the highlight of the evening. Wine pairings were exceptional.\r Brigette Brunken was my event planner and she did an excellent job....Thank You...We Shall Return\r I want to bring some select clients to the Chefs Table in the Kitchen.....Awesome

Not the best but certainly not the worst.\r Wait staff was friendly but seemed tired from running up and down the stairs. The seating upstairs with a view overlookng Canal Street was nice.\r Our food was enjoyable and reasonable based on the price. Beverage and wine selection also very nice and reasonable. For a nice casual/affordable/decent food dining location I recommend the Palace.\r \r I will probably dine there again at Mardi Gras 2008. We Mardi Gras every year and my son and I ride in Endymion. Hail Endymion

Incredible food, best steak I have ever eaten. Ambience was wonderful, very romantic and 2 could engage in subtle conversations without background noise.\r Very good wine selections for appropriate pairings and pricing.\r \r A must return visit will be planned to experience all this place has to offer.
