They installed my gate 10 years ago and it was fine. The motor started to act up, I called Himco to come and fix it and was warned about the $129 fee to come out that would be applied to the job.The guy who came out took a look at the motor, said they didn't sell them anymore and couldn't fix it, that I had to buy a new one for $1,800. I told him I was gonna think about it and had to pay the $130 even if he didn't touch it and knew before coming out what model I had.Another company came out and fixed it in 30 minutes.Himco robbed me of $130!!! I call them to ask for my money back since the motor could indeed be fixed, and they said ""sorry"". Sorry???!!! They are thieves!

Couldn't find anything spicy on the menu... The cozze 'npepate missed the ""pepata"" (peppered/spicy) part. The lobster pasta carbonara style just tasted rich. Yep, the only flavor I could taste was the cream. For dessert, the waitress pushed for the finger size fritters: ""The crowd favorites!"". Well, I do not belong to that crowd then. They were very very dry. I loved the space, and the service...but the food was just average. Good, but average.

Italian prosciutto cannot be cooked! It's a major sin. They'd better remove it from that pizza before thy put it in the oven. That ruined my experience!

Philippinos run it, and they speak their language around patients who already feel lost there. They park people who can't walk in corners and leave them there alone. Facility not wheelchairs friendly. Try to open a slidedoor to go outside...Goodluck! People who need to go to the bathroom are told to release themselves in their clothes, and then they'll be clean (they are too busy, and don't realize how deminishing that is for people who still have a brain). Time response for a patient bed-call...10 mins if you are lucky. Patients who have requests... get sedated, so that they don't disturb the caretakers. Compassion is unknown by the people who run it. The food is worse than TV dinners and is microwaved in smelly plastic wrap. Incontinent people have to wear pre-war cloth diaper, with missing buttons, and too large to do the job. Everything is outdated and of low quality, and the director lady has the guts to park her maserati right at the entrance. SHAME ON YOU! It's obvious where the money go! Not towards the care of the elderly!!! I hope the people who run this place will end up spending their last days in a place as bad as this one...after all...it's a matter of karma!
