Walking in to the museum I was warmly greeted by the museum staff, who immediately made me feel welcome. Admission and audio guide tours are absolutely free, which was refreshing and nice to hear since I don't know how much I'd realistically be willing to spend as a college student to tour a Holocaust museum with so many other free resources available elsewhere. Nevertheless, I took the audio guide tour which I recommend to anyone. Through picking and choosing different events, individuals and artifacts to learn about, I toured the museum in about an hour, leaving with increased knowledge on the Holocaust as a whole and its events throughout. I particularly like the interactive touch screens located towards the back of the museum where the concentration camps are explained. It was interactive and allowed me to learn a lot in a short amount of time. \r \r The museum's location next to Pan Pacific Park was also ideal and made for an even better experience. I was able to relax in the park after my tour and reflect on my time in the museum. The weather, especially now during the summer, was perfect, and the park wasn't crowded either. My whole afternoon was just an excellent break from what would normally be a very hectic day. I recommend the experience to everyone.
