Totally Rude Staff - Avoid at all cost!!!!
The staff here is always unpleasant. I try to avoid taking my packages here. I decided to write this after our trip there today, all I needed was an overseas shipping price. I have an eBay store and I had someone from another country ask if we would ship to their country. I responded that the shipping rates for the item he wanted would be out of this world but I will quote the shipping price anyways. Well, I get all the shipping info and the item completely packed all I needed was a price,what I got was alot of attitude and rude remarks about how I don't know what I'm doing etc. I finally had to say just give me the price. I'm done using this place. - Rick

I love these guys, Dan was so personable and will to help. My hard drive crashed and he was able to recover all my photos. They saved me!!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone. They will pick up the computer from your house if you cant bring it to them, the will do the work at your house, they can even fix it from their shop remotely over the internet. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again Northland :)
