    Noisy, distracting theater

To pay $10 for an indy flick while the janitors empty trash cans just outside the doors, give me a break. This place needs to work on its comfort and ambience.

    Not good

I've heard so much about this place over the years, and it still fails to deliver. The burritos are soggy, and overall the quality is poor. The saving grace of this place is its carnitas.

    Horrible representation of SF

For the love of god, if you're visiting San Francisco, skip Pier 39. There couldn't be anything more tourist-y, save for maybe Disneyland. There is a plethora of neighborhoods and things to do and see that would give you a better feel for the diversity SF represents. See the Lower Haight, visit the Mission, or eat dim sum in Chinatown or on Geary. You'll enjoy San Francisco much more.

    Awful theater.

Avoid paying $9 at this theater, at all costs. The sound is horrible, and the walls aren't insulated enough to block sounds from the other movies playing concurrently. Someone needs to shut this place down in respect of consumer interest.
