    Fun classes and Great intructors! Totally worth your money!

    I have been going to Karate One since Sept. 03. It is the kind \r of place where your pedicure doesn't stand a chance. Translation: you will \r get worked out! Sensei Lohsen and Sensei Shanas have you using every part of \r their studio- the floor, the walls, the bags, the bars. Combine the rigorous \r workout with everyone's friendly laid-back attitude, and you've got a \r knockout place for all your fitness needs.
